What to fix first ?

1. The simplest problem to tackle first is draughts around windows and doors
2. Secondly, fill other gaps which will cause draughts - eg unused chimney, letterbox, pipes coming in from outside, floorboards, loft hatches
3. Then make sure your loft is well insulated - ideally to 40cm depth. Don't forget to insulate the loft hatch as well
